I can’t believe we are already going in the fourth month of the year! time truly flies by! But thankful each month we are getting more and more kdramas to watch!

The drama tells a story of a con man, who gets involved with unexpected incidents, marries a police officer and somehow ends up running to become a member of the National Assembly.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 1 on KBS.


Beautiful World:

Episodes: 16
Writer: Kim Ji Woo (Memory)
Director: Park Chan Hong (Memory)
Genre: Melodrama, Family

The drama tells a story of a boy who becomes critically injured due to an incident of school violence and his family who seeks the truth and fights for justice in his name.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 5 on JTBC.


Special Labor Inspector Jo:

The drama tells a story of a civil servant who is appointed as a labor inspector in the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
Jo Jin-Gab was once a promising judo athlete. He protested against corruption at a game and he was kicked out of the sport. After that, he became a gym teacher. Again, he could not control his anger against the son of the school’s chairman, so once again he got kicked out of his profession. He then successfully pass the exam to become a public officer. Working as a public officer, he does not have to worry about being kicked out of his job. He tries to live peacefully, but he is then transferred to work as a labor inspector at the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Facing many people who wield their power unjustly, Jo Jin-Gab reverts back to his old self.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 8 on MBC.


Her Private Life:

The drama tells a story of Sung Deok Mi who works as a curator at an art gallery. She is a huge fan of idol group member Shi-An and secretly runs a fan website about him. Because of her affection for Shi-An, she has experienced several personal break-ups. Sung Deok-Mi now focuses only her job and doing activities as Shi-An’s fan in her private life. One day, Ryan begins work as the new director of the art gallery where Sung Deok-Mi. He was once a famous painter, but he does not paint anymore. Ryan doesn’t have much interest in other people, but he happens to learn that Sung Deok-Mi is a fan of Shi-An and runs his fan website. Ryan takes an interest in Sung Deok-Mi.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 10 on tvN.


My First First Love:

The drama tells a story of five friends, who are all 20-years-old, they left their home for different reasons and begin to live together. The five friends are Tae-O, Song-Yi, Do-Hyun, Ga-Rin and Hoon.
Tae-O and Song-Yi have been friends since they were very little. Do-Hyun is Tae-O’s friend. Song-Yi and Do-Hyun have feelings for each other.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 10 on Netflix.


Nokdu Flower:

Director: Shin Kyung Soo (Six Flying Dragons, Doubtful Victory)
Genre: Historical, Political

The drama is set during the Donghak Peasant Revolution which took place from 1894-1895. Two half-brothers fight on opposite sides of this rebellion. Baek Yi-Kang (Jo Jung Suk) is the first son of an important family. His father is wealthy and he is notorious as a local government officer. But, Yi-Kang’s mother is from the the lowest class. Due to his mother’s low social class, people look down on him. Song Ja-In (Han Ye Ri) is the only daughter for the head of a large peddlers group. She is the owner of Jeonjoo Yeokak, which sells merchandise and is also an inn. She has courage, stays calm under pressure and has charisma. She dreams of becoming the best merchant in Joseon. Baek Yi-Hyun (Yoon Si Yoon) is Yi-Kang’s younger half-brother. He is smart, handsome and polite. Unlike Yi-Kang, Baek Yi-Hyun was not born out of wedlock. Yi-Hyun has everything and he treats his half-brother politely.
The drama is scheduled to premiere April 26 on SBS.
