11 Upcoming Korean Dramas in May 2022

It’s been so long since I’ve made an article about upcoming dramas hehe but oh my god, this year is sure going fast, April is almost ending and it’s already May!!

However I will have to say that this year is really full with good dramas to watch and look forward to it, same with this month.

I won’t keep the intro too long so we can just go ahead and see what Korean dramas to look forward to in May 2022.

Bloody Heart:

Plot:

Lee Tae’s (Lee Joon) father deposed the king with the help of Park Gye Won (Jang Hyuk) and his father became the king of a new dynasty. After succeeding his father, Lee Tae then became the next king. Lee Tae believes any action is justifiable to achieve his goal. He wants to rule as an absolute monarch, but First Vice-Premier Park Gye Won opposes that idea. Park Gye-Won is even more powerful than the king.

Meanwhile, Yoo Jung (Kang Han-Na) is a daughter of a noble family. Lee Tae thinks of her as his wife. Due to that, her family gets involved in a power struggle in the royal court.

The drama will air on May 2 on KBS.

Plot:

Around this time, Wi Da-In’s ex-boyfriend Jeon Jin Seok (Jeong Jae Kwang) begins to work with Wi Da In and Park Hyun Woo on the same project.

Plot:

He then worked different jobs and experienced ups and downs like working as a salesman, running an underwear store, and having credit problems. Now, he is in his 40’s and runs a small bar. He is married and they have a son. He would do anything for his wife and son. He stills dreams of having success in life.

Jung Seok is extremely smart. His parents were poor and he grew up with them in a provincial city. Nevertheless, he was eventually accepted into the most prestigious university in Seoul. He believes the only to way to success is to be a founder of a start-up.

The drama will be released on May 4 on Olleh TV, Seezn & Sky TV.

She also has a pretty appearance. Yoon Ah Yi wants to become an adult as soon as possible to have a stable job. Meanwhile, her classmate is Na Il-Deung (Hwang In Yeop). He regularly competes with Yoon Ah Yi to receive the top grade, but they begin to have feelings for each other. One day, Yoon Ah Yi meets Magician Lee Eul (Ji Chang Wook) at an abandoned amusement park. He puts on magic shows to people who tell him they believe in magic. He is a mysterious person, but he comforts Yoon Ah Yi, who told him that she believes in magic.

The drama will be released on May 6 on Netflix.

The biological father of Oh Woo Ri’s baby is Raphael (Sung Hoon). He is the CEO of a cosmetics company. He gives off the impression that he is cold, but, in his mind, he is a romanticist and wants to meet a person he loves. His reality is different. He is married to Lee Ma Ri (Hong Ji Yoon). She intentionally approached him and married him. Love is nothing in her life.

Min Soo is the only one who believes Ji Na.

Plot:
